It gives me great pleasure as this year we celebrate the completion of 15 years of our existence and growth. To embark on a journey of success and growth one needs the tools of preparedness, foresight and strategy. I feel extremely proud to tell you that despite the difficult external environment, we have succeeded in achieving many milestones.

It is a matter of great privilege and pride for each one of us that C&C has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification recently. I would like to congratulate each one of you for this achievement because without effective team work and synchronized communication, this would not have been possible. This is expected to have manifold benefits such as consistent processes and procedures & increased efficiency and competitiveness.

Our Company was recognized for its corporate leadership and was bestowed the “Achievement award for Industry Doyen” by the Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) . CIDC has initiated these awards which recognize and honor the valuable contributions and work of Indian Construction Fraternity that has significantly enriched the construction domain and has helped bring about a change in our construction practices.

We are now also venturing into new domains in the infrastructure space like power starting with hydro power and thereafter moving into different areas of energy related projects in the country.

Being a forerunner, we have the advantage of a clear vision and a focussed drive. Adverse situations have always been perceived by us as the finest hunting grounds because we know that it is in these kinds of situations that the best stand out from the rest. So where we see adversities, we unhesitatingly embark on a quest to prove ourselves more than able to meet them and to turn out to be the best.

No doubt this rise and prosperity which C&C is enjoying can be attributed to the consistent performance and loyalty of all the talented associates. It focuses on constantly updating and challenging the intellectual capabilities and enables them to excel in all spheres.

We have realized over time that success is not just something lying on the road, you have to build a road to be able to achieve it. We are committed to creating sustained value and am sure that it will be mutually rewarding for us.
