Ms. Gurpreet Kaur serves as Independent Director of our company and has been associated with us since February 14, 2025. Before joining us, Gurpreet dedicated 33 years to Satish Chander Dhawan Government College for Girls in Ludhiana, Punjab. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Commerce and Management Studies from Himachal Pradesh University.

She also holds positions on the Board of Ceigall India Limited, Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Private Limited, Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited, Madhur Knit Crafts Limited And Avon Cycles Ltd.
